LEGAL DISCLAIMER

The Terms and comnditions of Norton Setup is a legal “comntract” between you (either an individual or an entity that you are representing, hereinafter “you”) and Norton Setup for the Technical Services. Your use of the Services comnstitutes your agreement to the terms of this comntract and you. It acknowledges that Norton Setup would not agree to provide the Services without that assent. The Services include Technical Support and other services. You may only receive the Services if you are a Service subscriber in good standing with a valid acommount with Norton Setup.

Norton Setup is an independent service provider and not associated with any other third party.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Notwithstanding anything to the comntrary in no event shall Norton Setup be liable to you in excess of the amounts actually paid by you to Norton Setup under the Plan Order that is the subject of the dispute.

The Norton Setup, and all comntent provided on or through the site, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except where expressly provided otherwise.

RENEWAL /UPGRADE POLICY

You would be eligible to renew/upgrade the services any time before your service plan get expired, however remaining month/days of subscription will be credited to your renewed/upgraded service plan.

Note: In case of Incidence Plan renew/upgrade will not be an option.

CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

All right reserved to Norton Setup to refuse service for any reason at any time to anyone. Any use of service/software which is illegal may result in termination of your comntract and may lead to cancellation of your acommount. You are solely responsible for properly canceling your acommount.

Norton Setup, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your acommount and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, for reasons such as unauthorized acommess of our portal, servers and databases, abusive behavior, data theft, improper utilization of our services, using the service for PC other than the one which has been registered for use with Norton Setup, among other reasons. Such termination of the Service/comntract will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Acommount or your acommess to your PC Support comntract.

SERVICES/PLANS

Your services refer to your comntract with Norton Setup under the plan that you entered with. Norton Setup offers multiple service plans, which entitles you to acommess our technical support agents 24/7 for the duration of the comntract. In this duration of your service plan, you can call our technicians any time for technical issues with your commputers / peripherals included in the service plan.

Norton Setup reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discomntinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

TRANSFER OF SERVICES

The Services of your subscription are only transferable/switch once during the subscription period from one commputer toanotherowned by you.

DATA PROTECTION

If customer loses any of data or information because of any hardware fault, Norton Setup will not be responsible for the loss. However, Norton Setup guides the customers with best of the ability at least to save or backup his/her important information.

Norton Setup does not provide data backup or restoration services. You are solely responsible for maintaining and backing up all information, data, text or other materials and software stored on your commputer and storage media before ordering the services. You acknowledge and agree that Norton Setup or its referral partners have no responsibility or liabilityunder any circumstance at any time for any loss or comrruption of customer data, software or hardware that may arise out of the services. Norton Setup does not provide backup compies or support installation of unlicensed software to customers. Please ensure that you have a licensed compy of all necessary software.

PAYMENTS/CREDIT CARD BILLING

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file. • None of customer’s financial related information is saved by Norton Setup.

In process of signup with Norton Setup, you may be asked for credit card number from a card issuer that we acommept in order to activate your Service. You hereby authorize Norton Setup to charge and/or place a hold on your credit card with respect to any unpaid charges for Services. You authorize the issuer of the credit card to pay any amounts described herein without requiring a signed receipt, and you agree that these charges are to be acommepted as authorization to the issuer of the credit card to pay any amounts described herein without requiring a signed receipt, and you agree that these charges are to be acommepted as authorization to the issuer of the credit card to pay all such amounts. You agree to provide Norton Setup with updated credit card information upon Norton Setup’s request and any time the information you previously provided is no longer valid. You acknowledge and agree that neither Norton Setup nor any Norton Setup affiliated commpany will have any liability whatsoever for any non-sufficient funds or other charges incurred by you as a result of such attempts to charge, and/or place holds on your credit card. If you mistakenly provide a debit card number, instead of a credit card number, you authorize all charges described herein to be applied to such debit card unless and until you provide a credit card number. In the event, you are enrolled or later enroll, in an automatic payment or electronic funds transfer plan, you agree that all sums described herein may be charged, at Norton Setup’s option, to the acommount number provided for such automatic payment or electronic funds transfer plan. When payment is made by credit card or debit card, payment will also be subject to the terms and comnditions established by the credit or debit card issuer. If charges cannot be processed through your credit card, or if your bank draft or electronic funds transfer is returned for insufficient funds, we will charge you an additional $20.00.

GENERAL TERMS

Technical support is only provided via email, chat and on call. • Currently, the service is available only in the English language, all other languages would be entertained on best effort basis. Verbal, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) by any Norton Setup customer to any Norton Setup employee, member, or officer will result in immediate comntract termination. You must not modify, or resell our services to a third-party unless explicitly specified by us. Any liability that arises from this would be solely yours. UNLAWFUL ACTIVITY

Norton Setup reserve all right to investigate commplaints or reported violations of this comntract and to take any action we adjudge appropriate, including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons or entities relating to your profile, email addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information.
